Tile Installation Training & Promotion Supervisor

About the role

The Tile Installation Training & Promotion Supervisor will ensure professional installation standards for Twyford and Micasso tile and paving products. Based in Nairobi, the role combines hands‑on supervision, practical training for installers and fundis, and technical support on project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve installation standards, methods, checklists and practical guidelines for all Twyford and Micasso products.
• Establish specific procedures for large‑format tiles and big‑size paving (60×120 cm and above), aligning methods with technical requirements.
• Lead, supervise and participate in hands‑on installation of wall and floor tiles, paving, walkways, patios and driveways.
• Demonstrate correct handling, cutting, setting out, adhesive application, levelling, alignment, spacing, grouting, jointing, cleaning and finishing techniques.
• Assess site conditions, advise on surface preparation and appropriate installation methods.
• Plan and conduct practical, hands‑on training sessions for installers, fundis, contractors, dealers and site teams.
• Provide technical guidance at project sites and support product promotion activities alongside Sales and Marketing teams.
