About the role

The Top Gun Program is a fast‑track development pathway designed to prepare candidates for an Operating Director position within Cornerstone Caregiving. Participants receive intensive training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience across all aspects of business development in the senior care industry.

Key responsibilities

• Learn Operating Director duties by shadowing an experienced director in a U.S. office.
• Assist in building relationships with referral sources and recruiting caregivers.
• Support scheduling, P&L management, and office operations.
• Participate in weekly performance evaluations and receive feedback.
• Complete a final leadership review to transition into an Operating Director role.

• Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Professional, hard‑working attitude with a leadership mindset.
