Trainee – Document Management & Operations

About the role
This trainee role supports the core administrative and operational functions of the team. You will work closely with the team leader to ensure documents are handled efficiently and operational data is kept up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort and file various official documents in a systematic manner.
- Update core operational data daily, including Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), manifest, discharge date and transfer date.
- Follow up with suppliers to track document processing progress and resolve any delays promptly.
- Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the team leader.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Honest and reliable with strong professional ethics.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy for routine work.
- A responsible attitude and ability to deliver on assigned tasks.
- Good team spirit and collaborative awareness.
- Solid communication skills to coordinate with internal and external partners.
