Tree Worker – Full‑time Position in Napa Valley

About the role

Signature Tree Solutions is hiring Tree Workers for multiple project sites across Napa Valley and surrounding areas. This full‑time, on‑site position offers entry‑level candidates the chance to grow within a premium tree‑care company while working directly with crew leaders and foremen.

Key responsibilities

• Assist crew leaders, climbers, fellers, equipment operators, and grounds personnel on daily tasks.
• Carry and move heavy debris and materials (70+ lb) across varied and treacherous terrain.
• Clear brush, maintain escape routes, and secure work zones with barriers, signs, and flags.
• Operate trucks and, when needed, trailers to transport equipment and materials.
• Participate in safety, productivity, and professional‑growth training programs.
• Support risk‑management and quality‑control initiatives on each project.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Commitment to “Guaranteed Safety” in all actions.
• Valid, clean Class C driver’s license.
• Pass a full‑panel drug screen and an in‑depth criminal background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or comparable experience).

Required skills

• Tree service experience (climbing, felling, or maintenance).
• Truck driving and basic equipment operation.
