Tutorial Fellow - Film and Animation

About the role

Zetech University is recruiting one Tutorial Fellow for its Film and Animation programme (reference ZU/10/Adv/126/2026). The position is open from 21 October 2026 and closes on 3 November 2026. The fellow teaches in areas allocated by the Head of Department and contributes to the design and delivery of programmes, including new courses.

Key responsibilities

• Teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department.
• Design, develop, plan and deliver programmes of study, including new courses at various levels.
• Deliver high-quality lectures and practicals.
• Review course content and materials regularly and update them when required.
• Collaborate with academic colleagues on course development, curriculum changes and research activities.
• Carry out research, write research grant proposals, seek and take part in consultancies, and present research papers at national or international conferences.
• Disseminate research outputs and provide mentorship and career guidance to students and staff.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Registered or registerable for a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Film and Animation.
• A Master's and Bachelor's degree in Film and Animation from an accredited university.
• At least three years of post-qualification work experience.
• Demonstrated university-level teaching and research experience.
• Registration with the relevant professional body where applicable.
