About the role
Boost your career in international payroll with an excellent global company seeking a U.S. Payroll Consultant / Implementation Consultant to work on-site.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation of new clients, setting up accounts and supporting U.S. payroll processes.
- Validate employee and payroll information, train clients on payroll platforms and tools, and troubleshoot payroll and system configuration issues.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR, and Customer Service teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience with U.S. payroll and direct work with U.S.-based clients.
- Experience in onboarding, implementation, or account setup using payroll or HRIS platforms.
- Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
