Video Editor – AI‑Generated Short‑Form Ads

About the role

We are looking for a Video Editor to produce AI‑generated short‑form video ads that drive conversions. You will work from creative briefs, combine AI‑created assets with user‑generated content and product footage, and collaborate closely with marketers and creative strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑performing short‑form video ads based on creative briefs.
• Use Highfield and other AI tools to generate video, visuals, voiceovers and other creative assets.
• Turn concepts into fast‑paced, conversion‑focused ads for social platforms.
• Blend AI‑generated assets, UGC, product footage and editing into polished, social‑first creatives.
• Experiment with prompts, hooks, styles and variations to test creative directions.
• Add music, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics and effects to improve retention and performance.
• Collaborate with marketers and creative strategists to iterate on concepts and winning creatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video and image generation tools.
• Ability to work independently from creative briefs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with tools such as Highfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs or similar.
• Understanding of short‑form ad performance factors (hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, CTAs).
• Comfortable generating, prompting and iterating on AI content.
• Adaptable and eager to experiment with new AI tools, workflows and formats.

• Gross salary range €3,000 – €3,600 per month.
