Virtual Operations & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are a US‑based real estate investment and wholesaling firm seeking a Remote Operations & Marketing Coordinator. You will own our CRM, run high‑volume SMS outreach, manage executive inboxes, and keep lead data clean and ready for deployment. The role requires independence, precision, and proactive communication across US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM: create templates, tag and segment contacts, upload and clean lists, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage daily SMS campaigns from list preparation to sending, monitoring delivery, handling responses, and maintaining opt‑in/opt‑out compliance.
• Support executive email inboxes: triage, prioritize, flag time‑sensitive items, track follow‑ups, and draft replies as needed.
• Perform lead data operations: clean property files, pull skip‑traced owner data, and prepare accurate outreach lists.
• Schedule and publish social content, create written assets, and assist with email and event campaigns.
• Update website pages and blog posts using WordPress/Elementor, build PowerPoint presentations, and conduct market and competitor research.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CRM administration (GoHighLevel or similar).
• Proven SMS/text outreach experience, including list preparation and compliance.
• Strong executive email/inbox management skills.
• Excellent written English, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Fast learner with solid problem‑solving instincts.
