Warehouse Manager / Stock Controller

About the role

The Warehouse Manager / Stock Controller will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient receiving and dispatch processes, and optimal use of storage space. The role combines leadership of the warehouse team with a focus on cost‑effective logistics flows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust stock control systems and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Manage inbound, put‑away, picking, packing and dispatch operations while optimizing warehouse layout.
• Coordinate shipments with transport providers and suppliers to minimise costs and ensure timely delivery.
• Update and maintain the Warehouse Management System and stock registers daily.
• Supervise, train and motivate warehouse staff, enforcing health, safety and security protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or inventory control.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Competent use of the MS Office Suite.
