Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow. The role involves close collaboration with receiving and issuing officers and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in morning meetings to review previous operations and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with receiving and issuing officers, providing accurate stock confirmation for inbound and outbound materials.
• Maintain zero discrepancy between physical stock and system records.
• Support the stock audit officer during warehouse audits.
• Uphold 6S standards throughout the warehouse/godown.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock takes.
• Manage weighbridge operations and ensure proper data recording.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory and warehouse records.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with stock control systems.
