Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance (Audits & Coordination)

About the role

The Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance (Audits & Coordination) supports the Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance in overseeing QA documentation, leading review meetings, and driving IOSA preparation and compliance. The role ensures continuous regulatory compliance and coordinates key internal and external projects within the CAMO department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organising and implementing the approved audit programme to maintain continuous compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Support management of audit findings, track corrective and preventive actions, and maintain audit review meeting records.
• Assist with IATA Pool programmes (IFQP, IDQP) and implement a compliance monitoring framework aligned with CAAM regulations and industry best practices.
• Gather information and report compliance status to senior management; monitor and report non‑compliance and deviations.
• Keep QA documentation up‑to‑date with the latest regulatory and IOSA changes.
• Plan and coordinate Quality Review Meetings (QRMs) and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders for regulatory activities.
• Provide support for aircraft registration, apparatus assignment applications, and QA activities related to aircraft delivery programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma and degree in Science, Safety, Engineering or a related aviation engineering field.
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Completion of mandatory and qualifying courses as per CAME 00‑05‑00.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation, with knowledge of aviation regulations, inspection and maintenance regimes.
• Experience in implementing and auditing test methodology and QA standards, and preparing technical reports on maintenance issues.
