Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The client, a leading oil and gas company, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of packaged lubricants. The role ensures timely, safe, and responsible service of customer orders while maintaining accurate warehouse documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company directives and rules.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on lubricant stock positions and maintain accurate stock cards and picking lists.
• Report and record equipment defects, oversee periodic maintenance of forklifts and other warehouse tools.
• Coordinate truck loading and off‑loading efficiently and ensure proper SAP documentation for all stock movements.
• Manage customer loading on a first‑come‑first‑served basis as directed by dispatch or depot management.
• Organise returns of non‑conforming products (NCPs) to designated disposal agents.
• Lead regular stock‑take exercises and maintain proper housekeeping to maximise space utilisation.
• Conduct toolbox meetings for staff and third‑party drivers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing or depot operations, with knowledge of petroleum products and stock management.
• Supply and logistics knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong team player with analytical abilities, integrity, and a compliance mindset.
