Wealth & Investment Relationship Manager (Mombasa)

About the role

Standard Bank Group is looking for a Wealth & Investment Relationship Manager in Mombasa. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, representing the bank's Wealth & Investment offering and building its reputation as a high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth client accounts, giving advice and relationship support while integrating all Stanbic Bank products, services and resources.
• Build the profile and reputation of the Wealth & Investment offering.
• Achieve defined revenue targets by retaining existing clients and acquiring new business.

Required profile

• First degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment certification.
• 8-10 years of client-facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or commercial banking, with knowledge of operational, administrative, risk and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated experience in wealth management, investment advisory and global financial markets, including asset classes, portfolio construction, diversification, risk management and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to turn market developments into actionable insights and tailored recommendations for high-net-worth clients.
• Experience managing affluent clients' financial situations, including business interests, assets and liabilities, liquidity needs, risk tolerance, succession planning and legacy objectives.
