Web Developer Cum SEO Expert

About the role

Digital Masterminds is seeking a Web Developer who can also drive SEO initiatives. You will create, maintain, and optimise web properties and internal tools that support the company’s real‑estate marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages and web applications.
• Build internal tools for marketing, sales and CRM automation.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools and third‑party APIs to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, content and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Debug, test and optimise performance, ensuring security, scalability and high availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with any CMS.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in real‑estate or marketing platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
