Endpoint Solutions Architect

About the role

The Endpoint Solutions Architect is a senior‑level technical leader responsible for defining the strategy, architecture and operational excellence of the organization’s end‑user computing environment. This role ensures employees have a secure, reliable and modern workplace technology experience while aligning with digital workplace and security objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage device provisioning, configuration, compliance, patching and full lifecycle management.
• Lead technology modernization initiatives that support the digital workplace strategy.
• Partner with Information Security to strengthen identity governance, Zero Trust controls and endpoint security.
• Develop and maintain operating system deployment strategies and enterprise software packaging.
• Evaluate, select and govern workplace technologies that improve productivity and user experience.
• Establish endpoint standards, security baselines and automation processes.
• Support identity lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation and secure access initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint technologies.
• 5+ years in endpoint engineering, systems administration or end‑user computing.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, identity management and Zero Trust principles.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent).
