Website Manager – E‑Commerce & Content Lead

About the role

The Website Manager will lead Salute iWorld’s online presence, overseeing the corporate website and e‑commerce store. Based on‑site in Nairobi, you will ensure product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory are accurate while delivering a seamless digital experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, homepage layouts and campaign landing pages in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage the online product catalogue, pricing, promotions and checkout processes.
• Monitor website performance, user behaviour and analytics to drive engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate web projects with marketing, retail and IT teams, ensuring timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, uphold site security and reliability, and support integration of e‑commerce tools.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, consumer electronics or technology‑focused brands is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and collaboration abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Digital Media, Design, Marketing or related field preferred.
