Account Executive – Corporate & Hospitality Sales

About the role

The Account Executive will drive sales of PET and glass‑bottle water to corporate clients and hospitality venues across Nairobi and other major urban centres. You will build and nurture relationships with hotel general managers, procurement heads, F&B managers and other key decision‑makers to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard corporate accounts, hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, cafés, gyms and wellness centres.
• Develop strategic relationships with hospitality operators and negotiate menu placements, activations and co‑branded events.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for water product lines and any new offerings.
• Maintain and grow existing strategic accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, customer visit logs and revenue forecasts.
• Follow up on collections and enforce approved credit terms.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of accounts.
