Account Executive – SAP Academy for Customer Success (Hybrid)

About the role

Join SAP’s Next Gen Academy for Customer Success as an Account Executive. You will complete a 10‑month learn‑apply program that blends classroom instruction with field experience, preparing you to support customers throughout their digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully finish the 10‑month program, including classroom and field phases.
• Engage in experiential learning on digital transformation, business processes, solution knowledge and AI fundamentals.
• Drive value across the customer lifecycle by promoting solution adoption, renewals and account expansion.
• Collaborate with a sales team and receive on‑the‑job training and mentorship from a Senior Account Executive.
• Work both behind the scenes and directly with customers in a hybrid environment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of quota‑carrying sales experience in a technology company or a role with strong exposure to business processes.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities, qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline within a defined territory.
• Strong business acumen, quick learning ability, and a cooperative approach to internal and external relationships.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, its uses and ethics, and ability to identify AI‑solvable business problems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Curious, agile mindset with resilience in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
