About the role

Join SAP's global Academy for Customer Success as an Account Executive in Kenya. This 10‑month hybrid program blends classroom learning with hands‑on field experience, preparing you to drive cloud revenue and help customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business with existing and net‑new customers.
• Learn and apply SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) solutions.
• Collaborate with a senior Account Executive for mentorship and on‑the‑job training.
• Support customers throughout the lifecycle, from solution adoption to renewals and account expansion.
• Complete classroom and field phases that cover digital transformation, business acumen, and industry knowledge.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a quota‑carrying sales role within a technology company.
• Strong understanding of customers' business strategies and ability to align SAP solutions to their goals.
• Motivation to learn continuously and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
