About the role
TGM Research is seeking a proactive Account Manager to join its EMEA Client Service team. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing project delivery and driving revenue growth across our online panel solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Support lead generation and new‑business acquisition activities.
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large, complex client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate execution of research projects, guiding sampling strategy and monitoring fieldwork performance.
- Maintain daily communication with clients, addressing roadblocks and recommending corrective actions.
- Track project financials and performance metrics to meet budget, timeline, and quality targets.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in account and/or project management within market research or online panels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
