About the role
The Associate will work full‑time on‑site at our Thika campus, providing essential support to academic and administrative operations. This role ensures smooth handling of student inquiries, documentation, and day‑to‑day office tasks, contributing to a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist students, faculty and visitors with inquiries and provide courteous service.
- Manage documentation, record keeping and digital databases.
- Coordinate class schedules, examinations and campus events in collaboration with staff.
- Perform basic accounting and data‑entry tasks, prepare routine reports.
- Maintain organized files, spreadsheets and other office records.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability and adherence to institutional policies.
- Customer‑service orientation and collaborative work style.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, accountancy, administration or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in an educational institution or similar administrative role is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software for word processing, spreadsheets and email.
- Comfort working with digital records and databases.
