Agile Scrum Master Senior Analyst

About the role

Cigna Healthcare is undertaking a global Agile transformation and seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Team Coach to support its International Health business. The role focuses on maximizing value delivery through collaboration, impediment removal, visibility, learning, and evidence‑based improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams on Scrum and Agile principles, acting as servant leader, facilitator, mentor and coach.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, psychological safety, accountability and self‑management within teams.
• Help teams improve flow, reduce bottlenecks, manage impediments and maintain a sustainable delivery pace.
• Guide teams in setting realistic commitments based on capacity, dependencies and risks.
• Maintain and report metrics that provide visibility into maturity, progress, quality, predictability and value delivery.
• Facilitate retrospectives and drive evidence‑based improvement actions.
• Promote built‑in quality, continuous learning and a healthy working culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach in a complex, multi‑national environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and other stakeholders.
• Experience supporting high‑performing, self‑organized teams.
