About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer support team in Westlands, Nairobi. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will interact with English‑ and French‑speaking customers across phone, email and chat, delivering a high‑quality experience and helping resolve their inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone, email and text channels.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document all interactions using CRM tools.
- Keep customer records accurate and up‑to‑date in internal systems.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve service excellence.
Required profile
- Advanced/Fluent proficiency in both English and French (B2+ level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude with professionalism and reliability.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
