Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate to join our on‑site team in Kenya. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring candidates across multiple departments while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Identify talent through job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in career fairs and employer branding activities.
• Prepare interview materials, send candidate communications and organize schedules.
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to deliver a professional recruitment process.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency with minimal accent.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, either locally or supporting U.S. clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
