BIM Specialist II

About the role

AG&E Associates is seeking a BIM Specialist II to lead the implementation of BIM processes on complex structural projects. You will work across multiple U.S. offices, collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality, clash‑free models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage day‑to‑day BIM activities, including model updates, quality control, and clash detection.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination to integrate models and resolve conflicts.
• Support the creation and enforcement of project‑specific BIM standards and protocols.
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior BIM staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams to meet BIM deliverable expectations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on BIM experience in a structural or related engineering environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage BIM models across disciplines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends and BIM technology advancements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
