BPO Internship – Customer Service & Data Handling

About the role

Vizx Global is seeking motivated interns to join its fast‑growing BPO team in Nairobi. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to customer communication, data handling, and global client support within a real‑world outsourcing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle mock and live inbound/outbound customer interactions under supervision.
• Learn and operate call‑center and CRM tools.
• Support client projects by collecting data, logging calls, and documenting feedback.
• Participate in training sessions on communication, customer service, and BPO fundamentals.
• Assist BPO Associates with day‑to‑day client delivery and reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast‑paced professional setting.
• Availability for a full‑time internship of 3–6 months at the Nairobi office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with call‑center software.
