About the role
City Walk Kenya is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee its Westlands store. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a high‑performing retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth branch performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and oversee inventory control.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture and resolve service issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a comparable leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading teams.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service abilities.
- Experience with stock control, branch operations, and performance reporting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
