About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to support our business operations, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive strategic decisions. The role will involve gathering and interpreting data, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with multiple departments to align initiatives with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data to inform decision‑making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation that communicate insights.
• Partner with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Assist in formulating strategies and operational plans.
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and flag risks or opportunities.
• Support continuous process optimisation and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, operations or a related field.
