Business System Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical and customer‑focused Business System Support Analyst to join our ICT team. You will be the first‑line point of contact for the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking platform and related digital banking applications, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Temenos Transact (T24) users and related business applications.
• Log, investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs, troubleshooting account, loan, deposit and transaction issues.
• Monitor application availability, scheduled jobs and batch processes; escalate complex problems to senior teams or vendors.
• Support AI adoption by identifying use‑cases, applying AI‑driven tools for fraud detection, risk management and data analysis.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system fixes, and assist with post‑deployment verification.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation and generate operational reports using SQL queries.
• Maintain accurate incident records, develop user guides and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑service orientation.
• Experience supporting core banking or similar enterprise systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA commitments.
• Good communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams.
