Call Centre Agent – Inbound & Outbound Sales Executive

About the role

The Call Centre Agent will manage both inbound and outbound sales interactions, providing accurate product information, quotations and converting enquiries into confirmed sales orders for the banking and finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound call handling: answer calls promptly, understand customer needs, recommend products, prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales orders.
• Outbound sales calls: follow up pending quotations, re‑engage dormant customers, run sales campaigns for new products and encourage repeat purchases.
• Customer communication: respond via phone, WhatsApp, email and other approved channels, providing pricing, stock and delivery details while resolving or escalating issues.
• Sales administration: record all interactions in the ERP/CRM system, keep customer records up‑to‑date and ensure quotations and orders are accurate before submission.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a call centre, telesales or inside‑sales role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, listening, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer‑focused, disciplined, results‑oriented and punctual.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for recording interactions and managing quotations.
• Basic computer literacy.
