Cash Academy Program Coordinator

About the role

The Cash Academy Program Coordinator supports the delivery and continuous improvement of World Vision’s DMT Cash Academy. This role coordinates Cash and Voucher Programming (CVP) training activities, digital learning initiatives, and learner support across global regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the training calendar, prepare application packages, and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
• Design, test, and update digital training modules using relevant learning technologies and platforms.
• Identify and apply appropriate online facilitation tools, create facilitator toolkits, and provide technical guidance to trainers.
• Track student assignments, journals, and participation; respond to queries and maintain progress dashboards.
• Manage the online application portal, review applications, and support onboarding of selected participants.
• Enroll students in World Vision eCampus and Microsoft Teams, coordinate with Humber College, and resolve platform issues.
• Maintain documentation, collect feedback, and develop improvement recommendations.
• Organise graduation ceremonies, prepare certificates, and produce final reports.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating training programs or educational initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital learning environments and online facilitation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
