Commercial Director (Sales & Marketing)

About the role

The Commercial Director will lead the Sales and Marketing functions for Delta Elevators & Escalators Limited, driving revenue growth and market expansion in the solar and lift installation sectors. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to strengthen the company’s brand and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy that meets revenue and profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets for solar and lift installation solutions.
• Design pricing models, commercial offers and negotiation approaches.
• Oversee bid and tender processes to ensure competitive, profitable submissions.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, digital initiatives and brand‑building activities.
• Set and monitor KPIs, budgeting and cost management for the commercial functions.
• Collaborate with finance to produce accurate revenue forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years (120 months) of senior‑level experience in sales and marketing leadership.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and market share expansion, preferably in solar or lift installation industries.
• Experience managing high‑performing commercial teams and aligning sales with marketing efforts.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Ability to work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to align business objectives.
