Construction Manager – Civil Projects

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to lead civil construction projects from planning through completion. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while coordinating all on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules for civil construction works.
• Monitor daily progress, manage resources and adjust plans to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Control costs, approve expenditures and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify and resolve issues that could affect project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for project status.
