Content and Brand Designer – Social Media

About the role

The Good Flea is seeking a visually sharp, culturally aware Content & Brand Designer to shape the visual world of an emerging market‑and‑culture brand. This role blends fashion, design, music, food and street energy to create engaging visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce social media content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Edit reels, short‑form videos, launch content and event recaps.
• Create flyers, posters, motion graphics and other promotional assets.
• Help define the visual identity and online presence of The Good Flea.
• Support campaign concepts, launch storytelling and creative direction.
• Design assets for ads, email campaigns, vendor recruitment and partnerships.
• Build moodboards and visual systems for events and seasonal launches.
• Stay plugged into trends across fashion, design, music, internet culture and emerging creative scenes.

Required profile

• Strong visual taste with a portfolio that demonstrates it.
• Understanding of branding, composition, typography, pacing and storytelling.
• Ability to create exciting, modern, culturally relevant content.
• Familiarity with social‑first creative and internet aesthetics.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to move quickly in a fast‑moving startup environment.
