Contract Management & Liaison Lead

About the role

The Contract Management & Liaison Lead provides strategic leadership and governance for SOS Children’s Villages’ International Development Support (IDS) contractual engagements across the federation. Reporting to senior IDS leadership, the role ensures that Member Associations receive timely, coherent, and value‑adding support while maintaining compliance, financial sustainability, and strong partnership relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead federation‑wide coordination of strategic support and service agreements, cooperation frameworks, and externally funded engagements.
• Oversee the integrated IDS engagement process, including demand capture, support planning, portfolio oversight, and governance frameworks.
• Manage operational escalation coordination and digital contract management systems.
• Act as the central liaison between IDS, Member Associations, Promoting & Supporting Associations, donors, and internal functions.
• Provide strategic advisory support to the COO and senior leadership on contracting models, engagement trends, and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management, partnership coordination, or similar governance roles within an international or non‑profit environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple geographic locations and cultures.
