Dental Clinic Marketing & Patient Relations

About the role

The successful candidate will promote Elephant Dental Utawala, attract new patients, respond to inquiries and nurture relationships with existing and prospective patients. This position blends patient relations, customer service, community outreach, lead follow‑up and overall clinic promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, social media platforms and email.
• Provide accurate information about services, operating hours, location, appointment process and general treatment details.
• Follow up with prospective patients who have expressed interest but have not yet booked appointments.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations and post‑visit communication.
• Conduct outdoor and community marketing activities to raise awareness of the clinic.
• Distribute promotional materials and represent the clinic at local events.
• Track leads, manage follow‑up and support conversion of inquiries into booked appointments.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to three years of experience in customer service, sales or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Interest in dental health and community outreach.

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Experience using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) for outreach.
• Effective email communication and basic office correspondence.
