Digital Marketing Officer (On-site, Nairobi)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to lead Platinum Credit’s digital presence, produce on‑brand visual and written content, and support integrated marketing campaigns. The role is based on‑site in Nairobi and operates within a fast‑moving financial services environment. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company’s digital channels, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create and publish on‑brand graphics, videos and copy for social media, website and email platforms.
• Monitor online conversations and social listening data to spot risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
• Plan, execute and optimise media buying campaigns to maximise return on investment and meet KPI targets.
• Develop cross‑departmental marketing campaigns, coordinating with product, sales and communications teams.
• Conduct market research and analysis using available metrics to inform strategy and positioning.
• Manage marketing budgets, track spend and report performance against objectives.

Required profile

• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
