About the role
The Direct Sales Agent will promote and sell Logbook Loans and car financing solutions across Kenya, helping customers access affordable vehicle financing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for Logbook Loan and car financing products.
- Present product features, benefits and eligibility criteria to prospects.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school certificate, diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- No prior experience required; sales or field‑marketing experience in financial services is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Logbook Loan processes is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM software for managing leads and customers.
