Document Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our global quality team. The role will support the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and learning management processes, ensuring that all controlled documents and training records are accurate, compliant and readily available.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the eQMS, providing user guidance on workflows, document lifecycles and training assignments.
• Manage training and competency records, linking procedures to role‑based training plans and ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Control document versioning, review, approval, change control, archiving and distribution in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Align site quality manuals with the global eQMS structure, identifying and retiring obsolete procedures.
• Maintain site document matrices, ensuring correct hierarchies, cross‑references and ownership information.

Required profile

• Experience with electronic quality or document management systems in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of document control and training processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and support users across multiple sites.
