Door to Door Sales Representative

About the role

ClensySoaps is seeking energetic individuals to join its sales team as Door to Door Sales Representatives. Based in Nairobi’s Westlands area, you will promote a range of affordable cleaning and personal care products directly to households, helping the company reach more Kenyan families.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell ClensySoaps products to potential customers in assigned neighborhoods.
• Provide clear product information, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Participate in regular sales training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Familiarity with the beauty and personal care industry.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Basic smartphone literacy for recording sales activity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior door‑to‑door sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of 17,500 KES per month.
• Additional 10% commission on achieved targets, reviewed monthly.
• Two‑month probation period with the possibility of long‑term employment.
• Opportunity to join a growing company with six sales slots available.
