Education Sales Associate

About the role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking an Education Sales Associate to expand its impact across the EMEA region. This full‑time remote position will be the first point of contact for prospective families, helping them discover the academy’s innovative online learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage new leads via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to schedule admissions appointments.
• Represent the academy’s values and strengths in all communications with prospective families.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Continuously refine sales techniques and share market insights with the EMEA Sales & Marketing team.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
• Minimum three years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly, persuade, and deliver value.
• High learning agility, growth mindset, and comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (preferred).
