Enterprise Sales Executive – Kenya

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Enterprise Sales Executive to expand our footprint in Kenya’s financial services and insurance markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new accounts to closing multi‑million‑dollar contracts, while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, demos, negotiations and contract closure.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Knowledge of SaaS, insurance or financial‑services sales.
• Exposure to AI‑powered sales tools.
