About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a technically driven, customer‑focused Field Supervisor to join its global energy technology team. In this field‑based position you will apply strong product line knowledge and technical expertise to support reliable chemical pump operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on chemical pumps to guarantee safe and reliable operation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product line knowledge in line with the Competency Management framework.
• Apply functional and technical skills to support field operations and customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and internal stakeholders to meet operational objectives.
• Collaborate within a team environment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution of tasks.
• Participate in required training and product‑line learning initiatives to sustain technical proficiency.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or a minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Two‑year technical degree preferred.
• Relevant industry experience with completed product‑line training.
• Strong functional, technical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to follow established procedures, learning frameworks, and competency requirements.
