Food and Beverage Supervisor (Hotel Industry)

About the role

The Hotel is seeking a proactive Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across its dining venues. You will ensure exceptional service standards, maintain quality, and support a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
• Coordinate and guide F&B staff during shifts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of restaurants, dining areas, and service stations.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve service‑related issues professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and assist with ordering and inventory control.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous hotel experience with proven supervisory experience in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional personal presentation.
