Franchise Officer – Nairobi

About the role

The Franchise Officer will oversee and support franchise operations for Tsebo Facilities Solutions Kenya, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance with company standards. This on‑site contract role in Nairobi involves daily coordination with franchise partners, performance monitoring, and regular site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with franchise partners and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to operational, financial and quality guidelines across all franchise locations.
• Onboard new franchise partners and deliver training on company processes and systems.
• Conduct regular site visits, report on franchise performance and identify improvement areas.
• Support resolution of operational challenges and facilitate best‑practice sharing.
• Collaborate with internal operations, finance and procurement teams to align franchise activities with company objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in franchise management, operations coordination or multi‑site business administration, preferably in facilities management.
• Strong relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Proven planning, organizing and time‑management competence to handle multiple locations.
• Analytical and reporting capability, including basic data analysis and performance tracking.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management or related field is preferred.
