About the role

Essence of Kenya is seeking a Freelance Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition Specialist to help expand its luxury travel brand. This contract position focuses on designing and executing multi‑channel acquisition strategies for high‑end clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer acquisition and conversion strategies across digital channels.
• Drive organic growth through SEO initiatives and content optimisation.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage social media marketing efforts to increase audience size and engagement.
• Analyse performance data, optimise campaigns, and report on key metrics.
• Build scalable digital growth systems tailored to premium travel brands.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
• Demonstrated measurable success in customer acquisition, SEO, paid media and social media growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimisation.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality sector is a strong plus.
