Digital Marketing Specialist – Agency Support

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Digital Marketing Specialist to support a fast‑paced international marketing team serving a USA‑based client. The role is permanent, night‑shift (2 pm‑11 pm SAST) and office‑based, allowing you to work alongside colleagues in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town or Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day digital campaign management across multiple accounts.
• Analyse campaign performance and deliver strategic insights.
• Prepare regular reports and performance tracking updates.
• Assist with optimisation of paid media and social campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders during live USA business hours.
• Manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven agency environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and social media marketing.
• Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work permanent night‑shift USA hours from the office.
