Front Desk Agent – Hospitality (2 positions)

About the role

Our client, a reputable hospitality establishment, is looking for two confident, personable, and detail‑oriented Front Desk Agents. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Manage front office communications, including phone calls, emails, and walk‑in enquiries.
• Provide accurate information on hotel amenities, policies, and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain and update reservation details, guest records, and reception documentation.
• Support booking of meeting spaces and hotel facilities.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Offer administrative and clerical support for front‑office functions.
• Assist guests with transport coordination and other logistical arrangements.
• Adhere to service standards, operational procedures, and hospitality guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar front‑desk role.
• Prior exposure to the hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
