Front Office Agent

About the role

As a Front Office Agent at Accor you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome from arrival through departure and delivering a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, performing check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and payments using the hotel management system.
• Enroll guests in the ALL loyalty program and provide currency exchange and safety‑deposit‑box services.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with night‑audit duties when scheduled for evening shifts.

Required profile

• Diploma in Front Office operations or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Front Office Agent in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar hotel management software.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
