General Manager – Real Estate (Land Sales)

About the role

The General Manager – Real Estate (Land Sales) will lead the land sales division of Brites Management Services Limited, driving revenue growth in the Ruiru‑Kamakis area. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the sales team, manage client relationships and ensure smooth end‑to‑end transaction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Generate and convert leads, expand market share and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand within Ruiru‑Kamakis and surrounding areas.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team, set targets, conduct performance reviews and foster a results‑driven culture.
• Oversee daily operations of the land sales office, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through site visits, negotiations, bookings and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, payments and transactions.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, investors, agents and other stakeholders, handling concerns and escalations professionally.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of experience in real estate sales or land sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Ruiru‑Kamakis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
